Now it looks like a solid pre-order collectors edition to me.

That's why I will never preorder any Bioware product again. But I'll be more than happy to buy it after it gets great critical and consumer reviews.

i think this game will be around 80 US Dollars, isn't there talk of raising prices for next Gen. Games? Either way that's not going to deter me from buying the game.

So far, all of the next-gen games I've seen are listed at the same $60 price.ev76 wrote...

Is this question directed at me? If so, then I didn't apply for the beta. I have a PC, but it wouldn't be capable of handling games like Dragon Age. I play on a console that doesn't use an online connection, which means that the Keep is more likely to make my choice lean towards not buying DAI. The game would have to be really good to make me consider buying if I'm not able to import my saves, and even then I'd wait for a big price drop. Not paying the full price if I can't use the full features.Angrywolves wrote...
$60 or $80 then. If you have a pc and are lucky enough to be selected for the beta will that influence your decision ?
I like everything else I've heard about the game though. If they can fix this problem and user reviews are good, then I'll probably buy it sooner. Definitely not day one though, after ME3.

Waiting to see BSN's reaction.
BSN is a terrible place to guage quality. Did you see the Dragon age: Origin forums on release? It was just people ****ing that the game wasn't a Baldurs gate clone.
But on topic, this is the first game I'm considering getting a collectors edition for.

Not only that, I saw Mass Effect 1 on release. And Mass Effect 2. People always act like it's the worst game ever and BIOWARE HAS SOLD OUT... !
Whatevs. The second a new Bioware game comes, I take a complete hiatus from BSN to enjoy it spoiler-free without expectations
