It's impossible to confirm a satisfactory ending, since it'd be subjective. NG+ can be confirmed, but I doubt you'll have any news about it until next year.

Pre order, no... the though of giving a company like EA money in advance for them to capitalise on. just no.
Apart from that, much can happen... I still haven't seen or heard much of worth about how much depth the combat trees will provide (if DA2 just toned down, then no) build variation adds life (if closer to DA:O yes). Story from start to ending must be of substance, no dropping the ball with a half hearted conclusion. Toolset would see my cash hit the counter, no doubts about it. If the PC version is not adequately (gui, tessellation, high res textures or at least some of the modern bells and whistles) catered for and is nothing but a re-badged console port, then no way in hell.

As of now, I am optimistic and hoping for at least a return of some of the old BW magic.

If it released tomorrow there is not much chance I'm getting it, no. The information I have on the game is scarce and not entirely satisfactory and BioWare along with reviewers can't be trusted blindly.

The game just doesn't look like it's my style, being too much of a hack'n'slash anime game.

Possibly, what I've seen so far looks very good.

NG+ would be a great addition.

Truthfully, as long as they fixed the egregious issues with DA2, I would be good, and they seem to be on track to go well above and beyond that. Maybe jumping the gun, but if they end up delivering one what they're hinting at, I think it's going to be the best game they've made in a very long time. Possibly the best game they've made, full stop.

Gonna be a day one CE for sure, either way.

I wouldn't describe either DAO or DA2 as having a fairy tale ending with no difficult decisions, but it's entirely possible to finish both games with your protagonist and their love interest alive. crimzontearz doesn't seem to be setting the happiness bar all that high.

did I say that? No, I am fairly sure I did not and even IF I did then you are in no position to objectively judge a subjective preference TYVM

That said, an option like DAO where I CAN have my inquisitor survive with his LI is all I ask for in this department

Amazed by the diversity of the fanbase.
There was a discussion about the end.
Do you want to know how the game ends before you buy it ?
Ordinarily one would say no but after ME3.
How many people who bought ME3 would have still bought it if they had known how it would it ?
Does that make you wary?
