I'm going to be blunt and probably alone on this one: I disliked unique armors. Origins had no shortage of item sets, especially in the armor department; however, sometimes it annoyed me how some items weren't part of a set, e.g. armors. I can live with unique weapons or accessories but unique armors annoyed the ever-loving crap out of me. In my head, you should have a full set or have nothing at all. Disjointed colors and appearances bother me, and the stats might be good, maybe even great, but I can't stand to look at it because I know it's not a set.
Take Golem Shell Armor from Awakening, for example. Just image how great that would have been if it was a full set! There was surely enough of the Inferno Golem to make full body armor... but no, we just got a single chest-piece. And on an unrelated note, the Golem Shell Armor could have looked badass.
Is there anything in the game that annoys you when it really shouldn't?

Not annoying, merely a disappointment that nothing could out-do Cailans arms and armor.
Wade was right, the Golem armor was pathetic,
i was hoping there would be a secret bonus hidden by combining his stuff,
like, golem armor + the sword + the shield = no fatigue plus various bonuses
