What? Thats odd. They are right there as neck parts. Unless... are you seeing stuff but not exactly what you are looking for?

The only neck part in Q is the DLA Quiver (neck007). The 1.69 parts are actually listed as creature models in xp2patch.bif and have the prefix "c_". They are...

c_backpack
c_greatsword
c_quiver
c_quiver_empty
c_quiverempty
c_rollpack
c_scabbard
c_scabbardA
c_scabbardA_e
c_scabbardB
c_scabbardB_e
c_scabbard_e

They'll need to be reskinned - they look like crap

I remember there was one with scrolls at the waist, in a little bag or something. Do you guys recall what hakpack had those? I think someone actually did a backpack version of that...
