lol, I am definitely playing a different game than you guys. My sith lord is a badass b*tch-goddess through and through.

I'm halfway in Act 2 now and she's rolling in like a wrecking ball. Narrative-wise, she's an ambitious woman with a sadistic streak and loyal to the Empire. She wouldn't hesitate killing civilians out of spite (once she said "It was within a Sith's nature" after she ordered a ship destroyed and ironically a Sith blasted her calling her a child while the officer approve her decision... being DS is so easy) but randomly she would reconsider her actions for the good of the Empire first. I bring Quinn with me everywhere and so far the narrative is about her and her boyfriend going around destroying stuff for the EMPIRE!!!

I just use companion's gift to buy everyone's favors. Haven't talk much to Jaesa, Vette and Pierce yet.

I saw a youtube video where, before her boss fight, the Warrior incites her to attack him. I wasn't even given that option, only to tell her to compare Nomen Karr's feelings with the Warrior's.
I'm curious if this is due to Force Alignment or previous choices. This because it comes after she retells your previous quests.
What if a Dark Warrior had spared her connections?

At any rate, I miss my Darth Nox but I have nothing else for him to do. Is "Shadow of Revan" worth it?

I admit I don't know all the variations. It could be that sparing her parents bars the turn choice. More research is needed.

Shadow of Revan is meh. Revan is overrated to no end. But it might be worth it for the class mission on Rishi. Nox has a good one. Now it is just one mission per class, so don't expect a whole chapter. Do you sub? If so, might as well wait till October, you'll get Shadow of Revan along with Fallen Empire at no extra cost. What server do you play on?

Lets face it, if the Wrath was given a seat on the council he would have been too perfect. Outside the ghosts and power base, what does Nox ever do? They don't kill their master or Thanaton, they don't corrupt a padawan, didn't really take an active role in the war ect. Getting the dark council seat is what sets them apart from the wrath because if the wrath did get a seat and had a true powerbase, he would overshadow Nox in terms of what they have achieved.

The powerbase more than the seat.

The seat itself is merely a means to an end.

Otherwise yes Nox doesn't technically kill Zash but trapping her in a Mind trap or a Dashade bound to him is just as good. Same with forcing Thanaton to kneel. After that display, the actual neck snap is trivial. And taking an active role or not means nothing. Vitiate didn't do **** in the Great Hyperspace War. That's the direction I'm taking Nox. The Empire was always a means to an end, but now it may be more advantageous to gather more power and carefully step out of the limelight. He's certainly not fool enough to go down with a sinking ship.

Nox isn't another idiot Sith rushing at you with a lightsaber. He's the thing in the shadows that'll get you when you think you're finally safe.

Nox ending up a Dark Council member is one of the reasons I wish Bioware hadn't dropped class stories. If TOR had a better launch it might have been fun to see where the writers went with that in expansions.

I didn't really mind it that I couldn't kill Thanton. The fact that you force him to kneel made more than up for it.

True, but it still would've been a little silly actually playing him. Because you know it'd still come down to "Dark Lord, thank you for coming! The Empire is in dire need of 10 wampa asses. Can you please assist?" with all your answers being some form of "yes" (and one of them of course being "Murder and mayhem await!")

I didn't mind it either. The Inquisitor had just used the ghost force powers to crush him, and the way Thanaton was trying to crawl away afterward made it clear he was dying. The Councilor just administered the coup de grace.

You might be right. DA:I had a similar problem.
