Almost done with the Agent story ![]()
Then to play Makeb and get HK-51. The flashpoints shouldn't be a problem with a well geared Sentinal.
And then finally play Shadow of Revan.

Ooh the Agent i've heard that one is the best that's why i'm leaving it for last. Though I love the Consular storyline which is apparently the worst so I could hate it for all I know.

I like the Consular too, so much so that I have both a Shadow and a Sage. The Trooper is the worst. It's just so...bland.

Really? I heard it was like a long Clone episode of The Clone wars. Personally i've been disliking the Jedi Knight. It's just so lacking in impact compared to the Consular. Though I suppose comparing a Chapter 3 character and a Chapter 1 character is unwise.

Obviously YMMV, but I'm not really a fan of the Trooper, though I do like a couple of the companions Troopers get. Would for instance love to replace the Knight's Sgt. Rusk with Elara or Jorgan.
If I had to rank the class stories it'd be something like
Warrior & Agent > DS Inquisitor > Consular > Smuggler & Bounty Hunter > Knight > Trooper
The Smuggler gets a special shout out because the dialogue is so much fun. You get to be such a cocky, self-serving, arrogant a**hole who does a bunch of silly jokes and quips.

The ranking i've seen seem to move around a lot. I've seen every story marked as the best and the worst. I have noticed that DS and LS seems to change up the quality of the stories a lot though so that could be a big reason.
I like the agent story but didn't care for most of the companions. The Bounty Hunter story is pretty good, but I find the BH's companions really sell the class for me. They have a bit of a Firefly crew/family vibe. The female BH also has one of the best flirt responses imo, and a hilarious response to a jedi master attempting a mind trick.

Except Skadge. I have no idea who that is beyond everyone hateing him.
Skadge is essentially a big ****** whose characterization is all about being a big ****** to you without charm.
In retrospect, I also need to finish the Smuggler story as it is the closest I'll ever get to the ideal KOTOR game I wanted/Star Wars RPG -- My Han-Solo-esque smarmy Errol Flynn type of scoundrel character.
I have a male smuggler gunslinger max at 60, loved the quips and flirts. I am thinking about rolling a female scoundrel and the romancing Theron Shan in the expansion. However it sounds like he won't be in KotFE.

The Consular is an interesting case. I have seen people call it the worst and I have seen people love it to bits.
But yeah, the Agent is fantastic.
I'm also planning to continue with my Bounty Hunter and Smuggler soon as well.

Well I like it loads. Just don't play full dark or light. You need a mix for it to be good. Though that seems to be true for all the storylines i've played so far.

^^ This.
I end up with so much more fun and nuanced characters when I stopped thinking of them like "this is my LS/good character and this is my DS/evil character" and instead having an idea of what their personalities are like before starting the story and basing my choices on that rather than just the question "is this good/evil?" and basing my decision on what alignment I had decided to follow.
My Scoundrel is in the end a fairly decent guy, but he's also greedy, arrogant, impulsive and at times a total dick. He's not above things like blatantly lying just to make himself look better/to get a (better) reward, shooting someone in the back or running away like a coward. Or my Operative, whose defining character trait is that he is very much a consummate professional and loyal to the Empire. He's not going to needlessly slaughter civilians just because it amuses him, and will in fact help people unless it goes against his mission. But if his superiors give him an order to put a blaster bolt between someone's eyes, that someone is dead, with no questions asked. If not specified otherwise, he will try to keep bloodshed to a minimum though. I kept thinking of Daniel Craig's Bond in Casino Royale when I tried to figure out how to play him. And my Powertech is fairly similar to the Operative as far as following orders goes, but his primary motivation isn't patriotism, it's credits. As long as he and his crew get paid the agreed upon fee, he will punch, freeze in carbonite or kill anyone his employers point out. The target could be the most reprehensible serial killer in the galaxy, but if the contract is to bring him in alive, he gets brought in alive even if I'd rather just shoot them. Or they could be an utter saint and the humanitarian of the year, but if Sith McEvilname paid me to remove their head from their shoulders? Sorry pal, you're ending up in a body bag.
Agent is best. Its three acts flow together particularly well compared to the other campaigns.
After that, I'm not sure. Scoundrel's pretty fun because she's (my character) basically a fun, laid-back, pirate. I guess it comes down to how much you invest in your specific character. For instance, now I'm levelling my Inquisitor to 60 and I've made her an unnaturally beautiful DS character that leans heavily towards Sith alchemy/magic (like her former master, she's using the DS to stay eternally young and beautiful
).

Pretty much yeah. Say my Sith warrior supports the Sith and Empire and what they could become is kind where possible but it more than happy to **** someone up for the greater good. Hates the Jedi and what they represent but won't needlessly slaughter them or Republic soldiers if there is a smarter way around things. That one light side option on Ziost was glorious.

Are you me? That's pretty much exactly my Sorcerer. My headcanon involves her pretty much constantly using a good portion of her strength just to combat the physical changes that come with being as far down the dark side as she is, purely out of vanity. If she didn't constantly expend so much energy on just trying to stay beautiful, she'd be scary powerful. She's also more or less insane.

Well, not quite. Remember that The Mother on Belsavis reconstructed the Inquisitor's body so I can probably headcanon that the DS isn't that taxing on her. I try to play my character as pragmatic evil most of the time. I say most because sometimes SWTOR mistakes some choices that are clearly DS in my mind as LS and I'm trying to get her to Dark V. Even so, I have made some LS choices, it's practically inevitable. But that voice, she was made to play a villain! ![]()
In other news, it was the 12th anniversary of Kotor on the 15th! How are you planning to celebrate? ![]()
Personally, I would appreciate a remaster. ![]()

Come to think of it, why has there been no celebration in SWTOR? ![]()

I swear I had no idea about the anniversary, but I actually re-installed KOTOR on the 15th for my first playthrough in a couple of years, and I happen to be playing right now. Just became officially a Padawan and solved that murder case on Dantooine.
The Force works in mysterious ways...

They should do a remaster of Kotor and Kotor II in the ToR engine. And before you ask, yes i am serious.

I wasn't going to ask. I don't mind. Plus, it's quite practical.

That ************************* droid boss battle on Makeb............
It's hard as all ****.
It's hard as all ****.
Its mostly really cheap.
Phew! I did it.
Turns out I never should have tried to attack it in the first place.
Just dodging red marks and turning on turrets.
