In general the story chapters keep pace with one another so they're all roughly progressing at the same time though their order will vary. For example we know Warrior finishes his arc before the Inquisitor because he walks into the Dark Council Chamber with Vowrawn, while Vowrawn is already there when the Inquisitor shows up. Well, there's also the fact that Darth Thanaton still sits on his seat in the Dark Council, when Wrath confronts Baras inside the Council Chambers.

With the JK story I wish they had done the part where you

The whole turn-to-the-dark-side plot was seriously rushed and only took place in a cutscene that was a few seconds long.

They aren't going to force the player into a set alignment choice. It's reasonable to want it in a set story, but delusional to expect it in TOR. 

The other big problem with that element in JK is

Emperor has no body he has voices, and his voice is already trapped on Voss. So who the hell is that and how the hell did JKs vision on Voss know what future voice Empereor would have?

That's not a plot hole. Visions see the future, so why would it show a past voice, when the Emperor is freed months before the HoT even faces him? It's an actual vision, which says quote for quote what Vitiate says.

You don't have to do all the expansions again. Just do other class stories. Unless you've done them all. In that case congratulations. Go wait for the next expansion/story update.

That's going to be me as well one day, sadly. Probably multiple times since there's several pieces of gear I'd want in black. The Sensuous Dress Top dyed black would be the absolute perfect look for what I'm going for with my Sorcerer, and then I'd want black/black dyed Humble Hero tunics for both my Shadow and Assassin, though fortunately I at least already have unlimited copies of the Humble Hero set unlocked through the collections.

The problem is how the JK knows who that. I don't remember the JK at all being confused when Papa Voice shows up.

Really, I found both sith for Makeb/dread war and Forged Alliance, SoR and Zoist better for SW. The class story segment on Rishi,his unique dialog, how he plays pirate, his speech on Ziost and how you can make it clear with him that your tired of doing errands and jobs for others and want real power (ala being a Darth which really at this point, he should have a seat. Kinda getting tired of no name sith getting the position then dying right away. [/spoiler]
