The other issue with Elara, not that it's her fault or anything, is that she's overshadowed by one Ava Jaxo.

I'm rather digging my relationship with Jaeasa and my SW so far.

 

What my SW sees in Jaesa is not a person, but something that he can shape into what he wants. He is amused in what he has been able to obtain, and seeing how she harbors self-loathing, and how quickly she has adapted into a state of pleasure from killing, in addition to how she to some extent is willing to cast aside individual autonomy for my character's personal goals, is something that he revels in. A mentor is a guide after all, someone who draws from his own wealth of experience to inspire and challenge the one he guides in order to help that person achieve their fullest potential. That is something that my character is trying to do, to satisfy his own ends. He has find the perfect tool, with an unique ability and someone with an unbalance state, are the perfect ingredients to shape into something grand. But we'll see how well she holds up as a character in the long run and whether I can actually go anywhere with it, since I am afraid the concept is sound but the execution won't be all that compelling (based on posts I've seen).

 

As for romance, currently pursuing Vette. There are several reasons, but basically her playful attitude brings forward my character's lighter side, which has caused both annoyance and bewilderment from him. As much as he is frustrated how she doesn't take things seriously, he manages to find her as a nice "distraction" from everything he deals with, among other things.

Light Jaesa is a goody two shoes Dark is just that ****** from Taris but more submissive.
