I was crushed by Oghren wanting to sleep with everything but my Warden...  I was destroyed when cute Sigrun showed no interest at all...  And I was insulted that Varric liked his crossbow more then my Hawke...

Please Bioware give us a good Dwarf LI.  I would prefer it where a female Dwarf but I will take anything I can get!  Just more fun to roll play my Dwarf characters going after a Dwarf.  At least for me.

I absolutely support this. As it is, and as was the case in Origins, we ourselves can be a dwarven LI to our companions, human or elf. It would be excellent to see this go the other way, and have a dwarven LI option. The popularity of characters like Sigrun and Varric, for example, seem to indicate much of the gamership would be very interested in this.

Totally agree with this.  I'm pleasantly surprised to see so much love for Sigrun and Varric.  I think that there would be, of course, some people who choose not to romance them, but I think a dwarf LI would be much more popular than many people think!

Agreed.  There have been a few hints that Bianca's story isn't done so I don't expect a Varric LI because of it.  Does Varric know she is still alive?  I haven't read the comics or books, so I'm not sure if was mentioned there.

It is hard to say. Though I'm in the process of buying and reading the comics myself, (good but the ones I've read feel waaaaaay too short), I'm under the impression he may think she is indeed dead. Interesting how they always seem to wave dwarf romances away with the whole "My heart belongs to another" thing.

Ugh.  Carth Syndrome is the worst, but Bioware does love it.  Carth, Sky, Thane, Steve, and Anders (to an extent) all suffer from it.  Varric is dangerously close to Carth Syndrome, which is why I'd love to see a different dwarf.  Male or female.

You could say that Dwarves are very committed lol 

But with the hint of Bianca being alive, a reunion with her and Varric would fit his character better
