Bisexual, there's a difference. It were just 4 characters, c'mon.Demon Velsper wrote...

The idea that not every character in the game will or even should be available to them just doesn't compute, apparently.
Seeing as Dwarves are back as a playable race PLEASE give us a Dwarf LI!

Don't know about the mailbox comment.
Bioware admits few players do the romances .
The mancers, as someone called us, rotfl appear to be very vocal but complying with the wishes of a relatively small group of fans because they are vocal wouldn't seem to me to be either time or cost effective .
Same with multiple races.
Most players play as humans, so why bother with multiple origins ?
shrugs.

For me, the only reason why I was disappointed that Varric and Aveline weren't romanceable is that they were the only two that I found interesting enough to romance. Anders, Fenris, Isabela and Merril all had their share of the crazies, and the only two sane companions were off limits. I'd simply like to have romance options available who seem like possible marriage material rather than companions who are obviously short-term romances.
If "most" people don't participate in the romances, then it might help if the more popular companions weren't off-limits.

If a mailbox had a personality of Varric or Sten or Zevran I'd romance him any day ;DDavid Gaider wrote...

The popularity of characters like Sigrun and Varric, for example, seem to indicate much of the gamership would be very interested in this.
Going by the forums, "much of the gamership" would be interested in romancing a mailbox, if the opportunity presented itself.

If everything went David Gaider's way, I doubt there would be any in-game romance at all.
Not that that would be a bad thing.

I would totally romance Varric with a serious Qunari warrior lady.

I'm interested in seeing a dwarf romance simply because, to date, Bioware has favoured humans and elves in their fantasy genre games.
