Examples of problems:
- Lag (rubber banding).
- "Locked" character (like very slow running or unable to damage enemies).
- Possible cheat.
From the command the game would store:
- Screen shot.
- Instant game information and status from the machine and from the host, including location and ping.
- Some seconds of dynamic data.
- And then try to solve if the character is "locked".
Off game the player would send the report:
- Describe the problem or add to an older report (if it's another occurrence of the same problem).
- The game would collect system's information and send the report to the server.
It wouldn't be a support case. You could open a case associated to a report.
