First thing I do when I unlock a new character is check out youtube to find out if INVADERONE has done a video on it. He has. This morning it was the asari huntress.

It doesn't matter how much you have played or know for that matter, what defines a good player over a average one is entirely subjective upon the individuals perspective of skill in this coop game.
For me it is situational awareness, twitch reaction, and a good team mentality.

If ME4 has a competitive mode you will soon see big names in the community being put in their place over their big egos and misconceptions from high N7 or other meaningless factors, something I am looking forward to.

Preach it. I hope the competitive modes are not pvp though as that would ruin the game and I play other games for that but I'm definitely looking forward to something that's actually competitive besides score and n7rank/challenge points. The first is easy to do if you really want to outscore anyone, the latter two is a ton of grinding. I have been playing a few other games and have seen some coop competitive modes. I hope for the next ME they do it right though.

If they have a competitive MP, I won't be spending 1200 hours in the game. It should be team based, and certainly not team vs team.

Im pretty average at this game and can hold my own. But sometimes I have off days and just play like garbage.
