As far as the blonde elf goes, it might very well be Sera from the survey. Maybe they changed her appearance or were trying a different style for her.
If it is indeed Sera and she'll be a companion, I can't wait to see her interaction with Cassandra. The concept art suggests they are gonna clash wonderfully.

People arguing that Sera has a different hair colour need to remember that these are just concept arts. I mean have you seen the concept art for some of the other characters like Zevran? He looks nothing like his game version.
Also even the Grey Warden companion look a bit different in this with his beard being a mixture of white and brown compare to his other concept arts where his beard is completely brown or black .

Looks like Sera is the Fenris of DAI - as in getting a new design every week.
Even Cassandra's hairsyles and color changed a lot. She went from long sleek black hair to black hair in a ponytail to short white hair to short black hair she has now.
The tavern concept art looks really fun but Sera's description in the survey was just "meh" for me. I'm hoping they changed it around to make her more interesting and fun.

Oh, this concept art makes my soul happy. I was terrified of getting an entirely Anders-fied party, what with the whole End of the World/Fade Ravaging the Land/Mage-Templar Civil War thing going on. Hopefully there are enough moments like this to make me not hide in my room listening to Blink 182 and crying desperately.

That one female elf with the greenish mohawk braided hair, the one in that image and the trailers could be the same one and yes it could be Sera.
Think about where she is sitting and the lighting from the image and the trailers and compare them to the one where the rogue with the daggers is pictured they could've just changed her hair style as for weapons that doesn't matter anymore you can choose their weapon type in their class.

That human blood mage looks nothing like her. The race is wrong, the outfit is entirely wrong, the hair color is wrong and the hair cut is wrong.
The blonde elf has the same outfit as the concept art of Sera from the leak.

That human blood mage looks nothing like her. The race is wrong, the outfit is entirely wrong, the hair color is wrong and the hair cut is wrong.

At a second glance you are right BUT, the eyes are too similar. I don't know, maybe it is just me, but they clearly have the same pair of eyes...
