Question to Casey Hudson
With ME 4 being made on the Frostbite engine, will it be available for PC. All I see is news about the next gen consoles. Would be nice to hear some news about ME 4 coming to PC.

It makes no sense with how similar all three platforms seem to be anymore not to make the product available for each and the engine is designed for cross-platform support.

There's no reason at all for the next Mass Effect to not being released for PC. There's only a slight possibility is for it to have a different release date than one or both of the consoles, but since EA is no Ubisoft or Rockstar (ah yes something in 'favor' of EA, we have dismissed such claims!), that chance is pretty much non-existant.

I was hoping that Bioware would have announced a new Mass Effect game in gamescon xD
It's a little early yet,but i would like to hear some news, specially about who the main character might be

Isn't PC the most profitable platform at EA anyway? We can say what we want abbout EA but they always release their games on PC and I don't think they ever even had PC versions delayed compared to console counterparts (unlike Ubisoft or Rockstar)

I agree it should be on PC and thought it would be nice to hear from Bioware (Officially).
Mass Effects (New Game) as we veterans of ME1, ME2 and ME3 call it ME4.
There is talk about a possible spinoff playing as one of the characters from ME1, ME2 or ME3.
They say it will be friendly for newcomers and veterans. We will see.
Thanks to everyone for there input.

I am not that sure. Console game price drops are usually slower, the same game starts out more expensive and I think BW sold more copies of the ME series for consoles than they did for PC. Furthermore, console games are harder to pirate , at least that's what I have heard.

To me PC is much better game play when you have a very strong PC with a good video card.
I am sure gaming pads will take over PC and consoles soon with the way technology is booming.
Bioware should give some love to PC owners that buy there games and have been faithful to Mass Effect franchise. Each time you start the ME3 game it checks the servers for what you have downloaded.
