I'm disappointed that I found out Thane is dying. I'm going to use him in my party and I wish I could've learned that on my own.

Ya know, I watch the videos and read the interview, but the major stuff never stays in my mind for long. It's like my subconscious doesn't want this epic game to be spoiled for me. Guess I can't complain too much. *goes back to staring at countdown timers*

Can't these things go any faster?!

This.  At first, I was kind of pissed when I saw the Sci vs Fi because there were heck of spoilers in the scenes they showed, but then I got over it, and it just made me incredibly impatient.  *tears hair out*

I never regret being spoiled. Not since I found gifts in my dad's closet labeled "From Santa Claus" when I was 9. I was looking for a pair of socks he requested.

After the initial shock, I decided I'd pretend I never saw those gifts. After all, why cut off a second source of gifts?

So I feel the same way about spoilers. If I see them, I use them to my advantage- that is to get more excited about the game.

Considering Thane's spirituality I hardly think he meant he was physically dieing.

Just the most recent detail about Thane, really. I kinda regret knowing Garrus = Archangel, but oh well. That'll make it easier for me to find him.

I'm thinking I'm going to be limiting my time on the forums in the next week, though. There's only one spoiler I'm interested in now (concerning Garrus) and I don't mind waiting until the game is released to find out.

On one hand I regret finding out about the beginning of the game because I'm pretty sure it would have been INSANE starting the game up and seeing that happen, but on the other hand, there's no way I could have resisted reading that spoiler and watching the clip :P I'm so weak ;'(

I do regret reading the different threads and posts ppl have done about how they are already disappointed and ME2 isnt an RPG anymore, or it's been "dumbed down", and they HAVEN'T EVEN PLAYED IT YET. Like jeez ppl, calm down.

No regrets. The waiting is easier when you know what to expect. The anticipation of not-knowing is worse. I mainly wanted to know about Kaidan/Ashley/Wrex and how they carried over into ME2. I don't want to spend all that time being excited about seeing them again only to find out that they're merely cameos or something, at best. Forewarned is forearmed!

I suppose the only thing I can list is the whole Shepard being sort of brought back from the dead thing...

I regret skimming through the first page of this thread, but still catching spoilers without warning. Argh!! I've been trying to avoid them for months now.

I regret seeing all the videos, but I regret the most seeing Sci vs Fi Part 2.

There was a big spoiler at the beginning. I can't believe BioWare let us see that.

So I've gone on total media blackout (it's a bit late, but there's still 2 more parts of Sci vs Fi and they'll be filled with big spoilers)

I always felt the term "spoilers" was a bad term for me. I never really get spoiled by anything. Heck I read plot summaries on Wikipedia for every movie I go see and ever tv show I watch.

None of it ever "spoils" anything for me because reading is different than seeing. But even seeing doesn't bug me all that much, I usually watch everything I like at least 20 times. Basically I just know how to "turn off" my knowledge and not let it bug me too much,

So no regrets.

Though I thought of a question:

To all of you who regret seeing any spoiler, how many times have you played Mass Effect 1? Did you enjoyment of the game change any for already knowing the plot of the game, who the squadies were, about Wrex, Ash and Kaiden, any of it?
