Torn between Qunari Female; probably a 2handed warrior, or Human Male rogue. (See: user's Avatar).

Whatever the first playthrough is, the second will be the runner up. I only got through DA:O with two characters (Male Human Noble Rogue and Female Human Mage) but I did do all the Origins. Not sure if Inquisistion will have the same level of incentive for multiple racial playthroughs, since as a party game with access to individual member control one can experience all the playing styles in one go.

In any game that offers different races, I always play as a human first...but now that Qunari are added to the choices, I'm almost definitely picking Qunari for my first playthrough...

It doesn't really matter which I'll play first, since I'll play them all. My only fixed order is warrior->rogue->mage and the problem is mixing alignment, race and class in a way that makes sense. For now the lineup is "paragon" dwarf warrior, "renegade" human rogue and mixed elf. The qunari will be warrior or saarebas and it will be last because I want to see how it differs from the other races.
