Take over the world by becoming a god...alright, if this turns out to be true then i'll actually have a good motive to play the gameBlooddrunk1004 wrote...
Not impressed with gameplay.
The combat looks exactly the same as Witcher: semi twitch combat, dodge roll with detached camera. Environments look way to empty. I hate how dialogue wheel has so much hand holding. Showing the better explanation for your decisions is fine, but showing what the outcome will be... really?
The only thing that has me interested in DA:I is that qunari will be playable.
As for story this was expected:
SPOILERS
Main antagonist is trying to become a god and take over the world... again!

-Non regenerative health is a great idea. It will make the game feel like more of a traditional exploration/adventure focused RPG and less of a dungeon crawler.
-Thank you bioware for being responsive to simple, but critical components like having racial options for characters and detailed explanations of dialogue choices.
-Graphics look good, art looks good, I'm sure it will look good.
-Most importantly of all: bringing back a "tactical" camera option so that players can go through combat at a slower pace like in DA:O
Now the other stuff...
-I know this isn't a popular request, but I'm still waiting to hear whether we can disable the speech on the main char. This is important as an immersion factor because hearing a weird voice can pull the player out of the roleplaying experience. This was certainly the case for me with the Mass Effect series (emotionless robot man), and DA2 (monty python guy). The dialogue in these games is corny enough already; players don't need to constantly go through the experience of thinking "Did I really just say that?". Especially, it makes the romance sequences (which are already embarrassing to play through even in an empty room all by yourself) just unbearable.
-It might be too late for this but please make sure there is an extensive and open peer-review process on all the game's story's writing. ME3 would have been a great game were it not for the terrible writing. Think about it this way: "Are we writing the script to an adventure movie, or a disaster movie?" ME3 was written like a second rate disaster movie, DA:O was an adventure movie.
Anyways, there's no way I'm buying on day 1.

-Changing tactical views!
-Varric, Cass, and Viv, how will I have any party other than those three?
-Dagna reference!
-An "Alchemy System" (I love me some crafting)!
-And Most Importantly: I Can Set Things On Fire Without Magic! Those boats are going to burn.

Please?
I'm too excited to possibly wait! I console myself with the thought of all the wonderful things you can do with it from now until the release. Somtimes I drool a little when I think about it.

and the whell's writing seems quite small. quite annoyng if I play on a console, or simply with a small tv.
I am quite happy with the english voice acting, but my eyes are quite tired of small and ureadable subtitles.

Well the game does look promising and that's coming from someone who has lost like 80% of his faith in BW.Allan Schumacher wrote...

Still I'm waiting until I see and hear more info, before I'm convince that this game is going to disapointment.

In any event, I am encouraged by what I have seen and hope to see a LOT more to keep me interested. Now, I'd just like to know if my stockpile of game-saves will be transferable and I will be ready to pre-order.

-The game looks pretty.
-I like all the companions so far. Varric, Cassandra, Vivienne. I'm also excited for those that have yet to be confirmed, but are looking very likely. Sera and The Grey Warden guy, for instance. From what we've seen so far, Varric and Cass also seem consistent in terms of characterization. That makes me happy.
-The much more open environments.
-Race Options.
-Toggle for dialogue explanations/outcomes. I wasn't ever really surprised by what Hawke said in DA2. I'll be leaving the explanations off.
-Voiced protagonist.
Worries:
-The Keep system. I'd be fine with having one stronghold. But it seems like we have Keeps all over the place, which seems a little strange to me.
-The Agents seem like the War Assets of DA:I. I better be able to talk to them and see them in action.
-Red Templars. I don't want a repeat of Cerberus.
-No health regen. I play games for story and would rather not have difficulty impede my experience of said story. I would like a toggle or a Narrative Mode.
All in all, I'm pretty neutral at this point. It's better that way, because then I won't be too disappointed if it's terrible.

I don't understand how everyone keeps comparing the templars- a group that hunts down rogue mages- to Cerberus- a racist group bent on human supremacy at the cost of alien life. That confuses me.

The comparison is based on the fear that the red templars are the main enemy. Since RT are using red lyrium, that makes people crazy, we'd have another crazy/insane/mindless enemy, since Cerberus in ME3, due indoctrination and reaper tech, is the same.
