The comparison is based on the fear that the red templars are the main enemy. Since RT are using red lyrium, that makes people crazy, we'd have another crazy/insane/mindless enemy, since Cerberus in ME3, due indoctrination and reaper tech, is the same.

I guess I can understand that?
It's just Cerberus wasn't exactly crazy so much as it seemed that TIM was bent on controlling power and viewed Reapers as something to be used. I didn't really get the vibe that they were insane. Maybe I need to replay three again. Idk. xD

The Cerberus soldiers were indoctrinated.

Right, but they were controlled by TIM. They weren't rogue, so they couldn't be completely insane.

Next someone is going to say Morrigan's kid is the Catalyst.

They weren't rogue, correctly. But being mind controlled would fit most legal considerations for insane, such that you're incapable of sound judgement due to little or no fault of your own.

I'm pretty excited about it actually. I feel like now that the team has more time to work on the game they're really polishing and adding some really cool stuff to the game and I welcome it.

Who would've thought that I could play as a Female Qunari? She is so going to be my first character.

Ready to buy Day one. Says it all I think.
Biggest choice appears to be sorted out - PC vs console.
If it's true PC supports controller - then decision is made.

I'm confused about no health regeneration. What are we supposed to do to keep healthy after a big fight? I hope we don't have to go to some specific place to regenerate. That would suk!

Serious inventory management? Just like other games where you can't regenerate. I actually really like this feature as it would force people to really think about managing their potions wisely.

My opinions on DA: Inquisition so far.

What I like:

* three playable races and a fourth playable race, the Qunari
* exploration is back - a good thing :)
* armor which looks different on different companions
* visuals/graphics look good/great even? (they still maintan somewhat of a cartoony look
which I like :) ).
*Destructible environments - I've always wanted to pull that rope, shoot that landing or make that chandelier fall down on top of the (npc) enemies - in the game ;)
*Choices and consequnces we've seen so far
*Sense of urgency - no longer can we dabble for two days in the Brecilian Forest and then go back to our Keep or

What has me (a bit) worried:

* Keeps - especially maintaining and updating and micromanaging these (mainly because I'm not a big of this, especially since I'm not that good at playing RTS games...)
* Agents that the Inquisitor will be using to get info etc. This reminds me a bit much of Assasin's Creed; Brotherhood or AC: Revelation. (you send agents out into the world etc. etc.)

What I don't like (so far):

* The no health regen info we've been hearing about. I actually liked it when the game, DA:Origins, had health etc. regenerate after combat. I don't like spending too much time going back and forth to camp etc. to get my injuries healed every time.

What I'm unsure about, part I.

* I'm not sure how I feel about the combat, though. Reminds me of the fast paced DA2 combat (which I liked)
* The tactical camera - will be fixed? In both senses of the word...beacuse in DA: O, the tactical overview camera does not work at all. The camera is not pulled far enough back/up? in combat situations. And the camera does not respond well to input from the mouse.
*Visual/graphics? or should I say the art design? To me, it seems like this game could end up looking somewhat like, if not similar, to Skyrim/Oblivion or even The Witcher 2 or The Witcher: Wild Hunt.
I'm not sure either about what the ability to seek cover (the necessity) to cover in a sandstorm or even during heavy rain will do for the game. Or how this ability will even work.

What I'm unsure about, part two:
* Are there factions in the game, will we be forced to choose one faction over the other, e.g. to side with one faction.
* Who are are responsible for the tear in the Veil?
* Companions etc. etc.

All these are story questions, though, so we're/I will not get these answered before Bioware decides to give us some answers to all our inquiring questions.

ps: the red, purple and golden choices you must deal with (if the leaked info indeed is true, which I strongly doubt); doesn't echo some choices en another game that has 3 attached to it?)

Well to be fair, Cerberus always kind of felt like a cult mentality. It was only after being around Shepard that we saw devout, hardcore supporters of the group start to break away and question if maybe Cerberus wasn't all that great after all.

I don't think all states would agree that mind control would be considerations for being insane, though. lol. It's not a mental defect or disability. Just look at the Charles Manson family. Many of them were brainwashed yet they were convicted of crimes that many of them sit in prison for to this day.

None. There are things I think will turn out great, some things I'm unsure of, and some things I'm not really impressed by.

Largely, it doesn't matter. I would buy it regardless, barring some nonsense like it being an MMO or not having a PC version.

Perhaps that would change if there was some revelation that actually meant something to me, but as it is now, this just seems like standard marketing that is universally never worth paying much attention to.

Waiting for more information. Features that should never have been taken out returning is far from enough to thrill me. Some combat animations still looks very silly, rather than cool.
