Vorcha, Geth & SALARIAN so help me if they neglect them again goddamn.
yeah their role in SP was dissappointing, and they may have had two good MP characters, but I was hoping theyd add a couple more...

Sadly I have to admit, that the problem with Quarians, Krogan and Drell, three of the most popular races, is that all of them can potentially be severly decimated or even nearly extinct depending on your choices in ME3.
Heck, even humans can be drastically reduced in number with the wrong ending in ME3(low ems destroy/control kills all life in the Sol system).
Haven't BW already said that the fourth game won't be a sequel to ME? I've heard rumours that it'll take place during the Reaper War which would mean Quarians, Krogan and Drell are still playable.
If it takes place before the events of Mass Effect then all of those races will still be playable
As far as I'm aware Bioware never confirmed that the game won't be a sequel. (as in not taking place after ME3)
They just confirmed that it wouldn't be a continuation of Shepard's story.

If it's a story set directly after the events of ME3 but not featuring Shepard then it's not a Sequel, but rather a spinoff. After all, all they have said is that Shepard wont be the Protagonist.
Everything else is speculation, mostly from fans that think the universe has been destroyed and noone can continue the story after those endings.
I say they are wrong.
I'm not a fan of the endigns but if they want to continue after the endings then nothing is stoping them.
Any and all problems can be handwaved away with ease.

would love to have a Vorcha squadmate though, the dialogue would be hilarious.

Drell only if I'm the only one with a cool leather coat. Except if cool leather coats are finally revealed to be part of the Drell physiology. Then I'd wear an additional one to feel special.

How exactly would you imagine Geth customization? They all use the same basic design and model, the only difference is the size and the choice between three or four strict colour schemes.
quarians arent to different now are they? Other than male and female, and colours, all quarians look the same.

I don't think your stated problem really is one.
There is so much you can do with a suit that is both essential to one's culture and an extension of their personality - I think the Quarians never playing that big of a part in the games as a society so far, is the reason why we only got three geometrically different models. For all intents and purposes, as I jokingly adressed above, the Drell literally look the same. For probably the same reasons.
In a visual sense only, I'd somehow think of the Quarians like pirates: You can instantly tell from afar that a character is supposed to be a pirate, but at the same time they themselves look very different from one another, and wear plenty of trinkets and accessories to display their attitude and experience.
P.S.: Stop picturing peg-legged Quarians, everybody...

Hanar Preacher: Embrace the glory and wisdom of the enkindlers! Let them guide you.
Geth religious fanatic: The Shepard commanders code is superior! The Proteans died where the Shepard ended a billion year old cycle of extinction in but a fraction of the time.
And nothing would actualy stop them from wearing a C-sec uniform(if that would happen to be that Geth's job) or a leather jacket if they want to. Or extra spikes to look like a more terrifying pirate.

I posted that in response to someone saying Geth can't be customized, because they can. They have many armour variations (The Geth Engineer and Infiltrator have different looks).
Legion is another good example

Unlike the Geth, they actually have a face though. Otherwise you can change cloth type, armor type, cloth patterns, accessories, visor type, hood type etc.
Quarians are very artistic people, the Geth are robots, they couldn't be more oblivious when it comes to their own looks.
