Anyone else want to see something like Fenris/Isabella in DA2, where your non-chosen companions like Varric and Cassandra end up in a relationship. Bioware has talked about Thedas being a living world, especially in Inquisition and I think this would really help that feel, but I've heard they're cutting back on romantic aspects, so I don't know how likely it would be.

I romanced Tali in ME2 but then switched to Kaidan, so it was a bit hard to see her in the relationship with Garrus. I don't want it to happen, but I wouldn't mind it either ways.

When fenris slept with isabela my heart broke. And I love that I actually have feeling when something happens in a game, so YESSS

As long as the companions don't date each other while I'm in a relationship with one of them I dont really see a problem with them having their own lives/relationships

I didn't really enjoy the Garrus/Tali thing either, but it was because I didn't think they suited. Basically, I'm indifferent. If they want to put it in, fine with me, but it doesn't really affect me so I don't care.

It would be a nice added feature, I mean I was still surprised when it happened to Garrus/Tali, but when it happened with Ken/Gabby, meh.

as long as i can intercede (if i see a relationshipt that i think is no good (i mean the PC is the confidant for all the companions and he knows them very well and some might probably not fit together very well...what i want to say is: i want to be able to give my blessing or tell them it's not going to work

I like it. Especially if it's something that plays out from the middle half rather than just being a thing that exists near the end. I'd also like it if the PC can influence a bit by encouraging it during the story.. kind of like EDI and Joker. It might also be fun to have a little competition with another companion.

They didnt say cutting back on romance, to my understanding. Theyre just not going to go any further than they have in the past. If you havent seen the gameinformer coverage, they explain quite well in the article on DAI romance.

If they aren't available romances for the main character I don't have a problem.
Didn't really have a problem with Fenris/Isabela either. I just think I prefer it be a thing for those that aren't PC options.

This, yes. My favorite quest in DA2 was helping Aveline and her husband get together. So sweet and funny and as awkward as love struck teenagers.
I never really noticed Fen and Isa hooking up when neither was romanced in my games, but maybe the dialogue is obscure enough for me not to have noticed. As long as both didn't do that when my PC was romancing them, I would be cool with it.
Years together with someone can lead to ties. It's not realistic to think that they sit around in the tavern or their homes and never interact outside the PC's presence. So, it adds realism to the game for me.
All for it!

I'd rather not see two companions get together but something like helping Aveline and her husband.
Aveline's quest was great

It's obvious that companion/companion romances will be in-game, since Varric and Cassandra will be a couple
.
Joking aside, I don't have a problem with this feature.

Seing as party banter adds a great deal to character development, in which you discover the kind of friendship they have, romance between companions is a totally valid aspect.
