I've been looking through my DA:O and DA2 games to try and work out what decisions each character made. In the case of Origins this was pretty easy, as I just went through the journal and the epilogue. The only hiccup was who performed the ritual to save Connor, as I thought I'd used the Circle, but the codex says Isolde sacrificed herself anyway.
DA2 is proving a lot more difficult. Thankfully, it seems there's not a lot of changes in quest outcomes regardless - mostly choices just affect relationships. Others I was able to work out from completed quest entries, codex entries, or letters received in earlier saves. However, I'm still unable to find out what the outcomes were in the following:
- In one game (I sided with the mages at the end) Anders is missing. I can't remember if I killed him, or merely sent him away. This character didn't recruit Sebastian, so I can't use his presence/absence as an indicator.
- I can't find any indication as to whether I sided with Larius or Janeka in the Legacy DLC.
- I don't remember if Bartrand was killed, or spared.
- I can't remember if I killed Gaspard Dupuis or let him go.
Does anybody know of a way to find out which of these I chose? Any specific codex or journal entries I can use, or a save editing tool (I'm on 360 though)? The latter two probably don't matter, but the first is obviously very important, and the second could be given that Corypfjjapjdfa (sorry, cba to check the spelling) seems to possess whoever it was.

The DA:O Connor thing is a bug. You get the Isolde sacrifice codex entry regardless. But the game does register that you saved them both, so the epilogue slides are a more reliable indicator of who is alive and who isn't there.
Not sure how to help you with the DA2 stuff though.
