So, unless he has a complete change of personality like Anders (D. Gaider already said he will be a little different), we can assume he will still have his old habits. The nicknames for instance.
I hope he will have different nicknames for each race for the Inquisitor, but I wouldn't be upset if it was only one for all races. (he has different nicknames for each Hawke personality)
My guess is a pure shots in the dark because I don't even know the surnames (someone said we can see them on the demo gameplay video) or if the nicknames change with the personality too.
Either way, my guesses are:
Human - maybe a short of his last name
Elf - pointy
Dwarf - ???? (no idea
)Qunari - Horny
The only other companion I could recognise was Cassandra, my guess he will call her sister, cass or cassy.
