AFAIK Inquisitor is going to be fully voiced. And we can chose his/her race. So, does it mean that e.g. qunari inquisitor and elf inquisitor would have differrent voice actors? I hope it does, 'cause I can't imagine gnome, elf and qunari voiced by one person. Their physical apearrance is so distinctive, they just can't have similar voice.

We don't know, From What I have heard the Bio ware people were still discussing it or something. Allot of people think hiring 8 voice actors would be very expensive especially to say mostly the same lines.
I have no Idea but I doubt it will just be one for each gender I am inclined to think they will do something like what saints row did.

From hearing the Inquisitor's voice at the PAX panel, I'd really like something different for the Qunari. I don't know. More gruff or something? Or perhaps just an option to choose from 2 different voices.. but both would probably be a lot of work.
