Seeing as they brought back playable race and adding Qunari it would be lots of fun to get to play with the character creator before the game itself comes out. They did it for Origins, Here is hoping they do it for Inquisition as well.
I hope we get a character creator demo again.

I actually agree very much. A demo would be cool too, to get a feel for dialog and combat.

I just hope that are a bit wiser about choosing the demo this time (if they have one).
Making the opening of DA2 the demo last time without making it clear that this was an over-the-top exaggeration by Varric, almost caused me not to buy the game. I came away from the demo very disappointed originally, though it was certainly great to have the CC ahead of time.

You may burn me alive, but I admit I wouldn't mind to see Varric exaggerations again.

You can sign up to beta test the Dragon Age Keep, not sure if there's character creation in it but there might be.
