[Faust1979]

I couldn't stand watching Gi Joe Rise of the cobra the action was boring the
movie got bogged down in lots of  melodrama. This film actually
makes me look forward to a third one. Great stunts, lots and lots of
action, great use of the cobra commander had a lot of fun watching this
on blu ray this is exactly what the first film should have been. The
cliff side ninja fight is a highlight

The actors aren't great but it feels more like a Joe movie than the first one does.

I thought so to OP, I think it was one of the more underrated action movies release this year.
