GI, welcome to "U suck" category.

actually the GI would still have better DPS, a wallhack, and better CC. Oh and an accuracy bonus.

My choice would be tech armor, warp, and overload. lol. Actually I think the best possible weapon damage output you could get from vanilla human powers would be TC-CB-warp.
