Personally I liked all the characters, even Velanna. But i'm still interested in seeing who is the least liked companion.

I took care of the one companion I could not stand in DA:O, Alistair, by way of having him led off to his execution.

I would very much like for that to stay that way, and not have him be ressurected.

Read this wrong.   i suppose I wouldn't want to see any.  Just Shale.  I wouldn't want her  to be a companion, but be mentioned by word of mouth.  Shale is one of my favorites, right up there with Varric.  

I'm interested in what happened to Shale after Asunder.

EDIT: On second thought while I dislike Anders I can think of alot of ways he can be used in Inquisition.

Not because i dont like her, but because of retcon with her somehow surviving her dead scene.
Personally i dont kill her and she is alive in my main export game, but i feel rage anyway when developers say "your decisions is matters" if they really dont manner.

Hum... from DAO, i don't know, i could say Ogren, i was never a fan of this filthy dwarf and his dirty mouth talking, i could realy live without him in DAI

In DA2, Fenris, i never liked him but with the redesign of the elfes, it could be a good opportunity to make him look what he sound, so, i hate him in DA2, but it could change in DAI

Also, Sébastian, unless i can kill him myself, i really hate him, he pissed me off shortly after i met him; just a noble son brat wanting to claim what is due by his blood but lacking the skill and personnality that fit to assume the role, always relayng on someone else to achieve his goal.
He wants to oppose me because i didn't kill Anders, but refuse to settle things right here, nope, need to recrute an army first, of course, he can never do anything by himself.
So yhea, unless i can slit his throat, crush his skull with my foot and pee on his corps, i would rather not see Sebastian in DAI

Finaly, Anders, after his attenta, i really wanted to slap him really hard; i just hate when a character comes at you asking for advice, then convinced him it would be a mistake but still do it because of trollolol; it's irritating.
I was never irritated by Aveline desagreeing with me (and it happened a lot even though she was a loyal friend), because it was her reasons; but Ander at that time,... he did not desagree and still did it, it would have been better for him to just do it without telling me.

So, that's it i guess :

Sebastian, hell no !!! unless i can kill him, if so, yes please !
Anders, he can get himself lost for wasting my time and showing how stupid and short sighted he is (way to add dynamite on the fire a**hole !"
Fenris, ... DA2 version no thanks, but could be intresting in DAI.

Dynamite is actually pretty good at putting out fire, assuming you use enough.
