I want all of them to come back, for the better or worse. For characters I don't like, say Sebastian, I want him to come back because I chose to help Anders, so I want to defeat Sebastian and his claim of "uniting Starkhaven" to war.

Anders. I sent him away in awakening, yet he came back a former grey warden (what!?), he messed up my plans for peace so I killed him and I hope he stays dead

Definitely don't want to see Anders back since killing him was kind of a major plot point. I'm sick of Fenris too. I liked him well enough when he wasn't complaining about mages, but he's almost always complaining about mages. I wouldn't mind never seeing Tallis again, but if she does show up I'd like the opportunity to be her enemy.

Anders, although I expect him to. I killed him on every playthrough, but I plan on making a new save file in the Dragon Age keep where he was 100% rival and forced to help the templars. Because I want him to suffer.

Velanna is the only character I did not care for in any of the games, so if I never see her again, I will not be sad. However, if they bring her back and do something interesting with the character, I'm willing to give her a chance.

I'm not keen on bringing any companions back if they are merely cameos as in DA2. If they can find Morrigan like roles of significance for them then I'm fine with bringing anyone back... save Fenris. Just no, never.
