Just joined a platinum game, wave 3 glacier, and noticed right away that they were missile glitching. It was object recovery, so I ran into the dark room where the object was, grabbed it, and just stood there spamming cain mines until time ran out. I kept revive-trolling this guy who kept dying next to me, too.

They were getting really mad when they realized what I was doing. After I left the game they even sent me voice messages, and invited me to their party. I joined their party and one guy was starting to get all mad at me and another guy was actually complimenting my use of cain mine spam, and wanted to play some legit games with me. I just said I don't play with cheaters and left. Should I help that one guy out if he wants to play real games though? idk.

Anyone else do this kind of thing? I normally host my own games and kick or leave when I see missile glitchers so I don't get the opportunity much. This was my 3rd time doing this I think.

He knew he was getting involved in missile glitching by being in a party with the other guy, just like how letting someone copy off you in school is considered cheating. You're not the one doing the explicit act, but it's still punishable.

I'd say dump him unless he never vows to participate in missile glitching again.

well if they guy wants to play without cheating, i dont see why it would hurt.

I'll just run into the open and melee till I die, then start a thread about it and get banned.

IDK on one hand I say screw them but on the other sometimes it just takes someone showing them that the game is more fun to play legit. There are some people that don't even think Plat is possible without cheating.

After thinking about it, yeah I'd probably help out the guy who was interested in playing legit. He may have no legit people to play with other than a friend who is a cheater and PUGs are usually a nightmare.

i have seen some players from the top 20 (global challenge points) doing this glitch, i used to bother, but if BW doesnt care anymore why should I care, at least I'll keep playing fair.

I've never seen a point in "trolling" missile glitchers, I just leave the game, and that's it.
