Depends on the enemy. Tali is good with Geth, obviously. The rest depends as much on Sheppard's class as on the enemy.

I like Ash and Garrus overall the best. Mainly because both have CS which is a rapid detonator, Ash has Inferno Grenades, which are good for nuking spawns, and Garrus has Overload and Proximity Mine.

Otherwise, Miri-Garrus isn't too bad.

Kasumi is very powerful with Cloak and Overload, but requires a lot of micromanaging to get the most out of her.

Can't argue with the last. I scored 11k+ with them facing Super Elite, I think it was Reapers with my Adept. Granted, we tossed enough explosives to clear out 15 city blocks, but still.

Miri and Garrus are a force to be reckoned with against any foe. Probably the most versatile team overall.

Jack and Liara, while being polar opposites, make an extremely strong biotic team. Great versus reapers, collectors and cerberus.

Wrex and Grunt will steam role all the competition. Arm them with claymores and shotgun omniblades and watch them dismantle the competition.

garrus and miranda is my go-to arena team.

originally because it was my ME2 squad, but it turns out they rock rough and stuff in the arena.

Zaeed's inferno grenades are priceless, and Grunt is a beast.

I just beat mirror match on Insanity with a level 60 Sentinel.

I know. Sadly I can't record on my xbox. You'll just have to trust me. 

Anyway, Sentinel was specced for Chain Overload and shield damage, Warp for Expose & armor piercing. After many failed attempts I realized that the main issue is armor (since I could take out their shields in one OL shot). So I had James & Zaeed. Squad Incendiary Ammo from James. Carnage on both, plus Frags & Inferno Grenades in case I got bum rushed.

Strip shields, have squad focus fire on one enemy at a time, hit them with Carnages, Warp for debuff in between & FEs. It was a great match-up.

should have just kept spamming overload even after removing their shields, trivialized that fight. overload OP in mirror match
