I've no idea why I thought this would be a good idea but I decided to do a complete nub challenge (well as best I could)... vanilla character, just promoted (so level 1 with 2 points to spend - put 1 in Cloak and 1 in Cryo Blast), basic common weapon, no gear or equipment, solo bronze challenge - ideally using no consumables (which I failed to do, accidentally used an Ops Pack on one round and about 3 missiles on wave 10 and died a couple of times) ... it was horrible.

I went with the Human Infiltrator with a Katana:



... and I did succeed (apart from using some consumables), but 61 minutes!? O_o I've done gold solos quicker than that.


I did video it but really, I don't think anyone in their right mind would want to sit through an hour of my scrubbishness with a level 1 character on bronze.

I'd just like to say ... it was harder than I thought it would be.

Oh, the map was Giant (I meant to pick Ghost but wasn't paying attention), Reapers and the missions were Drone Escort, Pizza Delivery and Assassination (hence the missile usage or I'd have run out of time the Katana takes forever to kill anything)

I can't even read the post because all I can focus on is how heavily saturated those pictures are.

Heh - sorry, I ran a shadow/highlight filter on them because I play with the game on very low gamma settings (more dark and scary - fnar)... may have overdone it.
