There's one thing I really hope to see again in DAI and that is Blood mage reactions. One small but very fun aspect of DAO was people finding out that you were a blood mage or at least suspecting you of it. It was a cool lil' touch to the game and I hope being a blood mage in DAI will also arouse suspicion.

As a side note, I'm also hoping for prompts to use your blood magic ability in conversation or in special situations. Similar to how you used your companion's special skills in DA2 by using the dialogue wheel.  Imagine if you will. Your men have captured a spy and he refuses to talk. Sure, you could offer him gold...maybe try diplomacy...or...you could ya know...

turn him into a human puppet and threaten to make him cut off his own head if he refuses to talk!!!

Of course, I also would like to see such a prompt for all kinds of classes and their respective abilities as well. I just really wanna be evil is all .

 Yeah that would be great if more people react to that stuff. Didn't they say specializations be more important? 

Also even though I was a huge blood magic fan in DA:O, and DA2 I don't think I'll be doing it this time. I just can't see my Female Kossith/Qunari being into that.

BLOOD MAGE INQUISITORS
The devs were very disturbed by the idea that being a blood mage happened at the press of a button. While they wanted to show the circumstances revolving that choice, it never surfaced in DA2. For Inquisition, they are investigating how to make a blood mage threatening again “from a player perspective…through a bunch of different means.” They don’t want a button press; your choice should have significance

I hope they allow options other than making a deal with a demon. Perhaps having to undertake a nasty ritual.....
