I would like to find something similar for my Merida character.

I know this on abov is mages, but I hope someone knows of one for non mages.

Also does anyone know where this hair style and headpiece came from?

As is, both of the robe mods inspired by the mage origin concept have mage-only restrictions (Concept Art Mage Robe and Whispers of the Labyrinth). You could remove that restriction and give the robe stats more appropriate to another class. (I'd use The Winter Forge, though I believe there are other mods that can accomplish the same task.)
And the hairstyle with the headpiece is from Hairstyle Day.
