I have decided to become king of Fereldan. This is my 3rd or 4th play through. Now that I have made the proposal to rule next to Anora in Arl Eamon's estate, I have a few more conversation options to choose from. I have noticed that there is one in particular that stands out to me as odd.  Warden :"Do you need anything?"  Anora: "No but thank you for asking."(or something similar) She seems almost embarassed when you ask this. I have tried to ask this again and I get Anora brining her hands to her mid section and fiddleing with her fingers as if she is flirting and she says, "No, I still do not." It still seems as though she is holding back.  I did not think it possible to attain a romance or bedding encounter with Queen Anora, but now I'm not so sure. I have saved the game and broke off the relationship with Liliana (Whom I decided to romance after having my fun with Morrigane this play through). Anyways, I still got the same response. There has to be a reason for this option to be available in the conversation menu and also that it does not disappear after her responses. Has anyone played the entire game without having any romance what so ever? Maybe a prior romance will stop her from allowing The Warden to "Do something for her" .....any thoughts on the matter?

She's not flirting, she's expressing unease/uncertainty and telling you to back off. Anora is highly intelligent, rational and wary of everyone and anyone (most notably, including her own father). While one can't rule out the possibility that she might be attracted to the warden, the fact remains that the warden can easily overpower and threaten Anora if he wished to do so. Anora knows this. She knows just how powerful you are, and it doesn't help that you now hold political power as well. What she doesn't know are your true intentions - hence the unease. Even if you try to be truthful to her Anora is not the type to trust lightly, and she will never trust anyone completely (she doesn't even trust Loghain completely).

It's not possible to romance or bed Anora. IIRC there is a mod for it though.
