BG2EE, Divinity - OS, EQN Landscapes, Watch Dogs and probably some more game I have forgotten.
Also need to replay DA2 one more time for a proper save.

Honestly, I'm OK with waiting for the game, but not knowing the sysreqs is getting on my nerves since I'm about to go into PC upgrade mode.

I can run pretty much any game released to date without a hitch, on high quality settings, even. So unless Inquisition got massive resource handling problems like the previous games, I should be able to enjoy the game in it's full glory, without needing upgrade.AlanC9 wrote...

Also, Mr. Fishy OP Man. Once the release date is announced, which, granted, will probably be quite a ways ahead, you should have a count down in the thread title. Because reasons.

I've generally been able to run games well enough, though not always with the best quality settings, and sometimes having to deal with long load times. A year wait gives me time to save up to buy a new system, though, and yes, I totally am the sort of person to buy a new computer just for one game.

On the other hand... Oh, god, a whole year... And I can't even replay DA:O and 2 because I'm saving for a new PC. The good thing is that there'll be good releases in the meantime.

I would be in the same camp, if not for being unemployed. These days, spending as much as I do on games leaves me barely able to get by. Luckily, I bought some pretty swag upgrades for my desktop PC before my economy got too tight.Zack_Nero wrote...

As for loading screens, there's only so fast areas can load when you store the files on an HDD, to get beyond that limit, you'll need to install and run the game an SSD, and to call those pricey is a gross understatement. Another factor on loading screen times is resource handling. Memory leaks and inefficient file packaging(example: NWN2) both contribute to longer loading times. Both previous DA games were riddled with memory leaks. You'd notice if you played DAO for a couple of hours, the loading screens would be at least three times as long as when you started your session. DA2 wasn't quite so bad, but the issue was still there.

Just as a forewarning: There's more than a fair chance that Original Sin will be significantly postponed, considering all the extra content that got added via stretch goals.freche wrote...
