Yes, there one ending with a chocolate chip cookie, one with a sugar cookie, one with a cake, and another with no sweets at all.  Everything else about the ending could be the same.

Her pastime is sacrificing grandmas and supplying the support group with cookies.
She has endless supplies of cookies. This makes her an excellent candidate to bring along on "Breech Into Bioware Building" quest, for you will need cookies to bribe the guards and shoot your way out if you're discovered and the police has surrounded you.
She has a staff named "Cookie Farter" that shoots cookies. Very deadly.
