@ConvictedFish you've a great eye! They could easily be used for promotions. Can't wait to see your vision for DA material. d; My favorite is the Reaper drones.

Went digging. Found it on page 19. =P Great idea. Great Execution!

I didn't actually read most of this thread, a few (less than 10) pages in the beginning and skimmed back from here to 19 to find that image ... so this may have already been included here, but I felt I should include something besides another compliment so:

Me Want It (But Me Wait) - Cookie Monster

A parody of Icona Pop's I Love It, and appropriate by title for our wait and by concept for our Qunari. :D

I saw on the last page that you started DA2 again; I already succumbed to making another plathrough (despite looking forward to the The Dragon Age Keep) and am almost finished Awakening ... halfway finished ... working on it...

Haha! that ....is THE perfect song for this thread hahaha!  Yes. I've already finished the .. Origins, and Awakening one, last week sometime. I had already played DA2 before that, but now I have to play it with the save. I think I have everything the way I want it. I've done two so many times. This time is harder than the other ones, because Im so ready for Inquistion.

You should suggest, Allan, to your superiors, e.g. Laidlaw et al. than the party, maybe Varric makes a jokeab out this "the cave." Something along the lines of this: "Varric: Haven't we been in this cave already. They all look the same to me." (as pr. your suggestion earlier in the thread about how to scare us.... maybe to Varric all caves on the surface look alike) And then a snappy from one of your companions...maybe Cassandra...

And note that The Cave will never return....but it still deserves some kind of inside joke, I find...

Don't worry. I have succumbed to this myself. I'm playing DA:O as a female mage. And it still amazes how wondefull this game is. Play as a female and experience Sten's shock& awe about this, play as a (female) mage and experience how some (or nearly all) conversations change, especially Morrigan's and Wynne's, it seems. And experience how much it means to have expertise coercion skill.

Last night, I just loaded a save to get to play ½-1 hour; I played for at leat 4 hours, maybe 5, simply because the DA:O game is that great. And naturally leads you to the places you need to go...

Realized I havent played a two handed warrior yet... Since I love the Elven class myself, created one it is kind of funny to watch my bad**** little elf swing that two-handed sword around ( the sword is taller than she is) Especially since I gave her the "violent" voice,

I do need make another mage though... thanks for reminding me LOL

Whenever I go and create a new character, it is always human or elf. Dwarfs never really appeal to me for some reason, I mean there are great dwarf characters, but it is never fun to be them.

Project Eternity assuming it's finished by then.
Beyond Two Souls will be out soon.
I only play rpgs, so it depends ,on what else is coming out and whether I want to scrape up the money for a PS4.

I was curious.. what do you guys think about the Multiplayer. I think it would be fun if it was just like ME3.. have all the different classes, and have factions to fight againt... Red Templars, Blood Mages, and they would have pride demons, and different things like that, Dark spawn of course, what could be a fourth one? ... I would play it like that. It was amazing for ME3, I still play that.

Well thankfully i have reality based concerns, other video games and other things going on to distract me.

...But i really don't want to wait an entire Year to take the fight to the Mages; I was sick of them in DA2 and was ready to fight the War that erupted.
.
It's been that way for nearly four years now.

I am looking forward to this game immensely.

Not a fan, but that is simply because I hate MP all together.  However, I will admit that the ME3's MP had its moments.  But there wasn't a whole lot of point to talk to the other players.  Heck, you can come up with a plan on how to fight simply being in a certain area and who it is your fighting.  If a feature like that is going to be in DA:I, I think I'll live, but they certainly need to add more to it.  Maybe a verus mode, that will actually made people talk to each other, because again there wasn't a point to talk to each other in it.

Varric already did that joke back in DA2

Although it was in DLC Mark of the Assassin  if i recall correctly :P i thought it was Bioware subtly doing a nudge of acknowledgement that they heard the compliants about the reused landscapes.

I think is just depends. I was always looking for a good group to play with, I did for a little while, I met up with  3 guys that Played with a lot nightly, and we would run platinum runs. It was a blast. I think on here. we could all colaborate and get an awesome ass group together. I should have done that with ME3, it would have been easier .. like you said, most of the time, i just played with whoever, and didn't talk at all. I would love something like that if I had three people that I played with all the time, then it would be fun to talk to them every day, and just play countless games.

Like I said, it did had it's moments in the ME3 MP.  Like going against the Collector's in the in the Firebase Dagger Sandstorm mode and only being armed with a M-99 Saber and doing nothing but headshots.  That was fun.

If she begrudges you something that obviously gives you so much pleasure, then I would say you're better off.  I haven't played ME3 yet, but you should see the absolutely gorgeous notebook I have put together in preparation.  Here's the cover:

I've been whittling away the time by catching up on indie games I missed when they were first released. I just got 209.4% on Fez (which constitute "done", as much as that game can be "beat") and am about half way through Bastion.

Fez was great but really unstable? It crashed my computer so hard it rebooted (kernel panic!) 11 times in the space of 6 hours. DAMN YOU, PHIL FISH. It's one of those games that gives me the Good Media Depression. I'm sad that it's over and that I'll never experience it quite like the first time I experienced it.

Bastion is already heart-wrenching. I had to have a sit-down with a glass of wine to emotionally recover.

Indie games! They're great.

Multi player can be fun, and it has its place. Not sure how it would work with Dragon Age though as your companions fill up your party make up, where another player would be.
