Hi my name is Quicksilver and i'm a DA addict. I've been talking about DA:I for so long now that i'm starting to drive my sister crazy with it. I've been flowing along with this thread since it's start and just know decided to post something. Ever since that guy put the cookie monster video up I couldn't get the "Me want it but me wait" thing out of my head. So when I was browsing for crochet patters and came across this cookie monster one I knew I just had to share it with you guys. It is the second pic down in this link.

I like using the phrases "By the Maker" Or "Andraste's Flaming T#ts" as curses IRL.

And worse than Uni is WORK! No one ever brings cookies.....and if they do, they are some healthy gluten-free brick-posing-as-cookie monstrosity. *shudders* The women sitting down the hall from me must be blood mages in disguise. That's the only explanation for the horrors in the name of baked goods they like to inflict on us.

@ Jaulen ugh.... yes work, and the worst part is people actually expect you to *shudders* work, how am I suppose to search the internet for what ever miniscule thread of leaked gossip there might be on DAI... And co-workers actually want to come in your office and tell you about their weekend.. try telling them "well fart me a lullaby " when you are trying to sound impressed

I did put a sign on my door though, if you didn't bring cookies enter at your own risk.

Best part about working for yourself - no one expects you to do anything  That means that while at work, i can work on my 6 simultaneous DAO playthroughs (yes, im playing all 6 origins at the same time), and play BG:EE in preparation for the second one, that might not keep me occupied until DAI is released but it should be enough until november 15...and then X Rebirth is released and my life is over....might even miss DAI's release

I shot myself in the foot on this one. I built myself into such a cynical state of mind that I was completely ignoring the fact that Dragon Age Inquisition was coming out. I heard it announced and went 'yeah whatever' and maintained this for a long time. Sadly I am an idiot and a month ago maybe more watched the trailer and then slowly started absorbing all this information and now I feel like a conductor on the hype train. I am surviving by...pretending a year isn't that long to wait for something and desperately hoping to be disappointed so I can cool my heels on being so hyped.

I'm going for 100% achievement completion for everything Dragon Age. I have the ultimate edition of DA:O, and to get all the achievements you need to play through it at least 5 times, because one of the achievements is to learn all the spells each of the Schools of Magic. I only have 3 achievements left for DA2. Then I'll be satisfied. Hopefully, doing all that will last at least a few more months. I haven't gotten any of the DLC for DA2 other than Sebastian... so I might look into that. The Tallis one looks pretty interesting at least.
