Yeah they've confirmed that you can play both gender. Gameplay preview look pretty solid to me, kind of like a mix of TW and medieval fantasy ME.

I watched a couple of trailers and it was only showed a male character, but if it's possible to choose then I'll definitely get the game asap. The combat seems nice, and so does the customization system.

Tbh, I'd rather they don't. I'd like to figure that out in the game. Knowing before launch kinda ruin the fun to me.

You won't be able to have a romance with someone of the same sex but check out the devblog to discover the companions. Some of them will be happy to have a romance with your character

Been playing Diablo 3: Reaper of souls for a bit, and it's pretty hilarious because the female and male genders of the new crusader class are voiced by Joanna Roth (Aveline) and Gideon Emery (Fenris). It can't be a coincidence that the class that is described as a human tank is voiced by two of the warrior companions from the same game, right?

 

Edit: Supposedly it isn't Joanna Roth that voices the female crusader, but it sounds JUST LIKE her. The real VA is Mary Elizabeth McGlynn, but still...

Omg, Divine Divinity. A great game, but hard as hell when you start. I'll have to get back to it sooner or later.

Level 19, still getting killed. I owe everything to Mardaneus and the transporters though.

This is the third time I write this post, for some reason it never uploads, sigh.

 

I've now defeated the three remaining lord soul keepers, NIto, the bed of chaos and the four kings. Before I venture beyond the lordvessel though I'd like to wrap up a few things, like killing Manus and Kalameet in Oolacile, and getting my intelligence up to 20 so I can use my greatsword of artorias. Gotta look pimpin' when facing the final boss, right?

 

I wanted to reach rank 3 with the chaos covenant aswell, but I've only donated 62 humanities, and supposedly I need to give 120 to hit the highest rank... Yeah, I don't know about that...

 

I've also been up over my head drenched in drama, especially while in Lost Izalith. Sadly neither Solaire of Astora or Siegmeier of Catarina survived their visit to the place (I forgot to kill the chaos bugs, even though I used the secret entrance, damn it!)

 

(un)funny fact: I died more times to the firesage demon than to Nito, bed of chaos, the four kings and Seath combined. When I read up on tactics on how to kill the SOB people said it was the easiest boss in the game. The pain.
