The lines I had the most problem with were with Jacob in ME2. They were totally out of nowhere, as if she's supposed to be throwing herself at him without any buildup in just about any conversation except for stuff dealing directly with a mission. Thankfully, this doesn't happen out of nowhere to the other characters.

Determine for yourself. Asking a question like that on BSN is not going to be helpful as it'll bring out the worst in some peoples responses.

Renegade in ME2 in general was the most amusing in the trilogy. I made sure that most intimidate options were available.
