I dunno. Might be fun to have a character romance a mature woman. Variety is good for replayability. Anything is better than 12 year old Merrill, though.
Phillipa from Witcher seems to fit into a lot of guys fetishes.
Is Phillipa Eilhart that old? Or you mean something else?
Sorcerers and Witchers live unnaturally long lives due to their close affinity to magic. In the case of the Sorceresses, they are using magic to preserve a youthful appearance. Im not sure if Phillipa's age is ever stated, but both Yennefer and Triss are well over 100 years old.

Tangentially related: that's the one thing I really dislike about the Witcher universe. That all the sorceresses are centuries old and still act like ****y school girls.
As far as the topic at hand goes - why not? I imagine it'd be good for the BioWare writers to flex their muscles and write something aside from love struck young adults (angst is optional, of course).

PS - They were hot in their 40's and 50's. I think the age issue is dependent upon the individual.

Wrinkly Old Man is icky.
Silver Fox is a handsome older gentleman who's aged very well and despite being both older and graying still manages to exude sexy in a manor that no 18 year old stud could ever achieve. Like fine wine vrs grape juice.
There's nothing wrong with the idea that our male LI's aren't teenaged virgins. We already had one of those ;P

The grey warden guy looks like he's in his mid '40s and is thus totally fair game. There's nothing wrong with an experienced warrior Even if he's not a LI I hope he's included as a companion because just from looks alone he seems to have a personality.
