Meh, my Male Human Templar Inquisitor will simply kill all demons/spirits. What threat is the Fade when it's empty, right?

Highly unlikely, I'm guessing allying with the Architect (if he's even alive in your game) is not something most sane people would do unless they were truly desperate and felt they had no other options. The simple reason being the fact that we don't really know all of his motives.
But, considering how BW made it possible for you to turn the geth into allies against the Reapers I guess anything's possible.

Then I'll do a bunch of quest for them because despite being my vital allies and having massive numbers, they'll also be highly incompetent and have problems that only three people led by myself will be able to solve.

Depends. If it follows the far too excessively used "willing allies against a common foe" cliché, then no! Absolutely not.
If they just happen to be drawn into the conflict to fight the demons, but still remain enemies to be avoided, or can perhaps be lured to certain demon infested areas to stall them and unknowingly give the Inquisition time to prepare, maybe.

I guess the world would just have to explode because I'm not okay with that Broodmothers thing (which so far as we know is the only means Darkspawn have of reproduction). I don't care how smart Darkspawn are.

Now that I think of it, it'd be interesting (hilarious?) if you breached the Veil and the Darkspawn had ordered and cultured kingdoms and cities, and they viewed you as the invading barbarians.
