Well, she does seem to have a certain affection for FemShep. There's also that one infamous line in the Citadel DLC.

Define affection. Those two is not at the point where sexual tension develops. I find it creepy that someone with no interest in a relationship with you while being your friend have an interest in your sex life without any intentions to go anywhere afterwards with it.

Joker/Femshep should've happened, but I think someone at the top (not naming any names) wanted players to be more understanding towards the Synthesis arc by making it so that Joker wants to screw EDI the second she gets a supermodel body, no matter what.

Under the law you have imagined anytime someone wakes up to a one night stand after drinking there should be a prison sentence for both people. Vega was intoxicated but he was in no way not able to consent. This is not Saudi Arabia. Your argument about minors is a straw man and I won’t touch it.

Wow, you really have no idea what you're taliking about. I'm saying that 12 year olds don't think rationally, which is not a strawman, don't just throw the word around when someone uses a hypothetical. Also, it is very illegal. I don't know who you've been talking to learn anything about intoxication, but every college actually makes their students take a course called Alcohol Edu with one of it's main points about the illegality of sleeping with an intoxicated person. Also date rape is not  as much prosecuted, sure, rape in general isn't prosecuted at the rate that it should either. Right now, look it up. See if sleeping with an intoxicated person is legal. Go ahead, do it. No law book will say yes, nor will any other source for that matter.

If the intoxicated person gives consent, it isn't rape. That's really the end of it.

If a person is too drunk to think coheriently, it is rape. And I don't know what kind of college you go to, but it isn't an acutal class. It's a course that should be taken before even going to college.

Wow. You linked me a 76 page document and made no attempt to document any actual relevant passages. You linked me a woman's advocacy group has opinion has no legal bearing. How pointless.

Here's a little passage from one of the very sources you send me.

"In R v Bree [2007] EWCA 256, the Court of Appeal explored the issue of capacity and consent, stating that, if, through drink, or for any other reason, a complainant had temporarily lost her capacity to choose whether to have sexual intercourse, she was not consenting, and subject to the defendant's state of mind, if intercourse took place, that would be rape. However, where a complainant had voluntarily consumed substantial quantities of alcohol, but nevertheless remained capable of choosing whether to have intercourse, and agreed to do so, that would not be rape."

So I admit, I was half wrong. It can be rape if the person is drunk to the degree of being incapable. However, I was absolutely right in that intoxation is by no means a free pass to claim rape, and that it's by no means illegal to have sex with anyone who's intoxicated. I imagine the bar of drunkness is set very high.
