Considering how out of it Tali was you can't base what she says as actual feelings. I don't see her as having any feelings for Femshep other then friends, also being with 2 other people doesn't make you bi if you don't touch the other person. I feel BW determined all the character's sexuality by which Shepard could date them and there isn't anything beyond that cause if there was BW would of handled that character differently in the first place.

I've never thought about this and for me personally this is more of a non-issue. My femShep has enough ****es around her from which to choose. My renfemShep has gone with Liara with both of my playthroughs (and has been faithful throughout the trilogy). My paragon femShep might be a bit more ****ty and bang whoever she wants. Maybe she'll go with Kaidan in 1, Jacob in 2 and Vega in 3 just for the lulz (and see how many female crew members she can score while making those suckers believe there's a relationship evolving).

You are attempting to compare being drunk to being a minor. You are doing so not because they are really all that similer but because it is shocking. Its a pointless sideshow. Focus on the issue at hand, consent while intoxicated. I do not know what college you went to but my university did not have any program like that nor have I heard of a program like that at any university. It would not be a reasonable standard to say that anyone who is intoxicated is unable to consent. Such a law would not reflect the reality of human relationships and interactions. There may be certain advocacy groups that push for such a law but that is not the law. Again the law you propose would mean that there are thousands of rapes every year at every major university.

I'm annoyed that there isn't enough lesbian romances.
ME 1- Liara (I'm cool with that but there has to be more than one option) Ashley was supposed to be one but was pulled at the last minute
ME 2 - Once again, only Liara (Miranda, Jack and maybe tali (idk) were meant to be lesbian romances but were also pulled at the last minute)
ME 2 - Liara (new relationship) Or Traynor, I shouldn't have to wait through 3 games just to romance Traynor... :/

I literally have to play Manshep if I want to romance Miranda.
I rarely play Femshep because I don't like any of the male romances (My other point to this post)

So make every female squadmate bi? That would be really awkward. I never heard, that either Miri, Jack or Tali were planned to be lesbian romance options.

I have to admit, it is getting boring and stale just trolling romancing Garrus in all of my playthroughs...

However, I'm mostly disappointed with the Lesbian romances as much as the straight ones. Liara and Traynor are too..innocent and sweet for my liking. And Tali gave me false hope in ME2...

Where are the tough and aggressive female romances (in any recent bioware game, in general) that has the character personality of Jack, Aria, and/or Aveline?
Even Ashley and Miranda would be sufficient...(maybe even Shiala)?


Or...maybe we just need more Turian romances for both male and female Shepards? Turians are usually the answer for everything...that, and batman. Bat-Turians?
