Dwarves are terrible eating. Far too tough and stringy (not to mention hairy). Although they do come pre-marinated in ale.

Very nice; something like that would be useful for a cave entrance up on a winding ledge.

These are details that I doubt the ogre noted.

Perhaps the hair Image IPB

A screen of the cave entrance I'm working on. This one leads underground, and can be put directly on the ground -no need to build a cliff. Modeling the terrain around the entrance and under the placeable can be tricky, though.

That's a nice one.

I have had to build stairs going into the ground out of parts in the past. It will be very cool to have some dedicted placeables for exterior entries into the ground like this one.

Wow! These cave entrances look really nice! And you say their tintable too? Cool!
Are these caves going to be available for download? ...and when?

A new "mountain entrance" in progress. Could be the entrance of a forgotten crypt !

If you're looking for notions, a mysterious crack in the ground (possibly leading to monster-infested underground warrens) could have any number of uses...   :)

PJ : no, it's just the 15th picture of my cave entrances, I took several pictures for each placeable^_^

rjshae : a crack ? interesting idea, I plan to model some vertical entrances, like mine shafts or wells... a crack could be a nice addition.

Hello again,

I think I asked this before and the answer was negative but have you set aside some lines in the placeables 2da yet. If not do you mind if I do on your behalf I want to add all your lovely new content to my 2da and want to put it in a place that anyone will be interchangable with.

Thank you PJ, but I already reserved some placeables 2da lines (19500-19999).
Is this what you're talking about ?

Well it's not really a crack, but this sinkhole can be useful too. Painting the terrain around the hole to match with the texture I used can be difficult, though.

The sides seem perhaps a little too smooth for a sinkhole, but it would make a nice mystery pit. :)

Some sinkholes are pretty smooth like that.

Well even there the sides have some texture and brightness variation. Just saying...

Impressive feature that.

Yes kamal, that's exactly the kind of sinkhole I had in mind when modeling this one. I'll make other placeables like this, perhaps with more detailed sides.

I remember why I had adifficulty here before now.

Not a huge issue but those are taken, they'vr not been reserved but those 500 lines have some bits already dotted around them. RWS towers and the japanese garden placeables are the only ones I recognize?

20500 - 20999 seem to be free and not yet reserved.

Not that it make much difference but that's where I will put your models.

I have to say Callister, I am just setting up utp's for the lights and mushrooms sets and the models are making me drool with anticipation at using them.
