Saw this on Gamefaqs.If you have a PS3 supposedly you can download a ticket for the beta through PSN.I'm not interested but if you are good luck.

Really glad this is coming to PC on release this time. Saves me from buying the game twice!

@AshedMan - I'm pretty sure the PC version comes out on release because, from what I heard, the development platform is PC this time. It should also have better PC controls because of this.
Wish I had a PS3. I would love to play the beta.

I do have a PS3, but I prefer to play the game on release and explore knowing nothing.

Ok so it looks like PC version isn't coming out on release 
. On the upside I've been hearing good things so far (recent tokyo show), was scared the series was gonna go downhill with switch of directors
