I was a Dwarf first in DAO, and (obviously) a human in DA2, so I'm going with elf first, then qunari.

My first instinct is to say "dwarf", but since we don't know much about the voice actor/ress, who all our companions are, etc. I find it difficult to choose so early...

However, I made a dwarf specced to open chests in DA:O and then he sucked at fighting.
