I'm tossing it between Elf and Dwarf right now. I might run as a dwarf as in my own life I deal with being under estimated for my height. (I'm just over 5 feet tall, yes, I am an adult) However, I love elves. Only reason my favourite Origins run through is as a human is because I get to be QUEEN!

Human!
Strangely, I usually play not-human race in most games where it is possible, but I don't click with the DA races beside humans. Although, Dalish come close second to my love for the humans.

Almost guaranteed a Qunari mage on my first playthrough, though I fully expect I will create a character of each race before I get very far into a game.
Its becoming quite commonplace for me to make characters until one just 'feels' right. In DA:O for instance, I ran through all of the origin stories, some of them twice before I ever finished Ostagar. Once I found the right feel for the character, as in looks, personality, etc... then I usually end up playing that one straight to the end. Then rinse and repeat until I have seen most of the game from all perspectives.

Elf, Dalish Mage probably. Then either Qunari or Elf with different/class background.
Not touching humans with a ten foot pole, not even just as a test character. It may amount to little more than a virtually non-existent protest blip in Bioware's metadata, but I don't want a repeat of Hawke.

Human male warrior is usually my default first playthrough, it depends on how the classes shape out though.

I swear there is never any love for dwarfs. Then again, I never play them so I don't help with this!

Human. I wasn't at all disappointed when there was no race selection.

I was thinking of doing this too. It would be hard for me since I like to try every option, but anything is better than ending up human only again.

As much as I love the Qunari, I'm going for the vanilla - human - experience before getting fancy.
Hope BioWare isn't nipping statistics from the first two weeks or so, considering I'll not be contributing to the Qunari and dwarven ratios until replays.

Elf/Kossith mages
dwarven rogue>warrior
and never play human again after Cusland and Hawke
i hope in ME4 we would have options to play other races, like Quarians(Quarian Vanguard/Adept/Sentinel) and damn Asari

Human all the way baby. Then I'll play Qunari then Dwarf and if in some rare circunstances I might play a weakling elf.
