I have no problem with seeing her again, as long as she doesn't give a speech before a battle.
Amen to that.
Never forgave Alistair for letting her do the speech after I chose Loghain and ade Alistair king.
You guys do realize that was a bug, right?

I'll ask her if the prison cell I granted her is still furbished nicely.
"Still cold, smelly, uncomfortable, and making her hate life? Excellent!"

But even beyond that I would like to see her, she is Queen in all of my saves and I would like to see how her effective leadership is going, wouldn't mind hearing about that University some more as well =D

We will never see her again, just like 99% of the DAO characters. The sooner you accept this, the better. This type of discussion belongs on the DAO board.
and you know this how ?
Mostly married to Alistair although I have one where my male Cousland married her.
There's a concept art that some players think is an updated Redcliff. If so, we're going to Ferelden.

Still, I like her overall. I wouldn't mind seeing her again.

I like everything about her except how she goes back on her word to help the city elves and cracks down on the alienage following food riots (but doesn't crack down on humans following race riots) after she promises to start treating them more fairly when electing a Bann of the Denerim Alienage. I'd like to be an Elfquisitor and meet her for that outcome, but I doubt that would happen.
Still, I like her overall. I wouldn't mind seeing her again.
That's why I encourage a personality hardened Alistair to marry Anora - they compensate for the other's weaknesses. Anora has ambitions to build a university and refill the royal coffers, while Alistair gives the elves representation despite the controversy and scandal it causes.
As for the City Elf Endings, they were pretty dark (and bugged); the optimal one seemed to be The Warden turned Bann. I wonder if the Boons with the Elven Bann, Dalish Hinterlands, or independent Circle will be addressed in Inquisition, since part of the story takes place in Ferelden.

Is there even a way to kill her? If not, I'd like to see her again, just to do that. She was worse than Loghain, in my opinion.
I had a playthrough recently where I debated about making her Queen to Hardened Alistair's king. My mage would have been his mistress and court mage. I gave her a shot, making sure that I picked the options that would extend the conversation.
Anora really rubbed me the wrong way and I did my best to give her a shot. She came off to me as a master manipulator, self-serving and unable to relate to most others that weren't noblity. She also seemed like a backbiter; she claims to be against her father, unless you refuse to offer your support. Then she turns on a dime, and will hang you out to dry.
Someone as easily swayed by personal desires as Anora shouldn't be near any throne. In all of my playthroughs, she's dead or imprisoned for life. If my Queen Cousland and my Mage Warden (Court Mage and Mistress to King Alistair) have anything to say about it, Anora is dead.
Just my two coppers.

I believe that if you make a hardened Alistair King, he implies that Anora will eventually be executed as she's a threat to the throne. Even Loghain believes that his own daughter has her own agenda.

Yeah. She's the daughter of one of the most obvious RPG antagonists of all time. I'm not being sarcastic when I say I should have seen that coming.
Loghain produced that. It makes me all the more glad I let Alistair chop his head off in this most recent playthrough. If I'm a Cousland, I behead Loghain myself. I have never made Loghain into a Grey Warden.
I usually play a Cousland and Alistair is my favorite LI in Origins, so perhaps I've only got a little bit bias. Just a little, I swear.

No, they have to be on good terms with rulers in order to do their job. As a result, I can see the Inquisitor having to deal with leader of Orlais and Ferldeon at some point. Sot I would expect to see the Emperess of Orlais in there as well as the King/Queen of Ferelden.
In my game it was Anora as Queen, but it will be Alistair as King for others. As a result Alistair AND Anora will be in the game. Just like both Kaiden Alneko and Ashley Williams were in ME3. You will never see them on the same playthrough.
