Here is Stardusk's Guide GordianKnot42 mentioned befor. It is a build without Blade Armor.
I use a similar Build myself. I never find a build with Blade Armor that I liked.

This is one of the funnest kits. You're going to be discouraged because he isn't a press button to win kit. Sorry it's not a Ghost.

The Batarian Slaver is one of the most difficult kits to kill. At least five in Fitness and Blade Armor for shield recharge. Stronghold and Power Cells to really churn out the recharge. I enjoy Melee Synergy to aid in melee damage for hatesurfing. Throw all Enforcer points in for weapon damage. Shockwave and Submission Net are utility skills, spec to your liking. Stagger, DoT, grapple, and ragdoll are useful. I personally use a Crusader because fuck all things at all ranges, with Disruptor Ammo (however Incendiary for Fire Explosions is a good idea if that is your ticket) for stagger and shield/barrier damage, and despite their pale comparison to other ammo powers, the Tech Bursts can help in some small way.

Remember Kar'shan while you hatesurf your enemies into the atmosphere.

Shockwave: Radius, Detonate, Lifting Shockwave.

Submission Net: Incapacitate, Damage & Slow, Electric Field.

Batarian Enforcer: Damage and Capacity, Power Damage.

We did a Gold duo vs Cerberus/London and we used two different weapons with different ammo.

LeIand was using the Venom + Incendiary ammo.

I was using the Geth Plasma Shotgun + Disruptor ammo.

Give him Supressor pistol and headshot all the things. He even has extra ammo to help with Suppressor`s ammo problems.

I want to like him... But he just sucks against armor. I hate that. He is terrible against bosses.... Unless you pack a dedicated anti-armor weapon.

Sub Net + Shockwave will do tech bursts on them. But yeah, it takes a loooooooooing time if you're last man standing against a Brute...

Yeah... Tech bursting being his only self combo is the main reason he is inferior to 95% of kits in the game. It hurts even more that he doesn't have a debuff (unless you count slow from subnet as a debuff).

You can put those guns on any kit and it would become a contender. That says nothing about the Batsent and more about those 3 shotguns.

This is a straw man arguement.  How well would the Geth Infiltrator, Destroyer and Turian Soldier perform without a strong weapon.

Every character needs a good weapon or a weapon to fll a role their powers don't.

The kishock works extra well on him if you want a different gun,

He has two things going for him: excellent shield recharge speed, second only to Geth Trooper I believe, and excellent spare thermal capacity. I believe with Thermal Capacity gear, a Harrier on him can hold up to 155 ammo. Makes the Harrier's ammo problems a whole less annoying.

I tried him yesterday and ran 5/3/6/6/6 with Cerberus Carrier (rank II, yay!) and Incendiary Ammo, Stronghold package and SPC. Unkillable, but definatelly not top-scoring. Incendiary and firesplosions with Shockwave help against armor.

not really, I just scored 120k on gold with the GI using the geth SMG. weapon platform kits do well with just about every weapon, batsent NEEDS a strong weapon just to be so so.

Show me then.

I'm not arguing he has the best tools.  He's in the same class as 90% of other characters they need the right gun to suceed.  If that's so-so, then so are the majority of kits.
